They have one son, Dylan Paul. They own a number of businesses that deal with gymnastics, such as Bart Conner Gymnastics Academy. Comaneci serves on several boards for charities, including the Special Olympics International Muscular Dystrophy Association Board of Directors and Laureus Sports For Good Foundation. Comaneci continues to contribute funds and time to numerous charities, such as The Nadia Comaneci Children's Hospital located in Bucharest.
