Aspen Ladd
Aspen Ladd first began training in combat sports as young as 14 years old. As well as BJJ classes as well, she was also trained in boxing, wrestling and kickboxing. When she was 18, she made her first appearance as an amateur in WCFC. Ladd was able to continue building upon her triumph at Ultimate Reno Combat, where she won three consecutive fights. She finished all of her opponents in the first round. Following that, she travelled to WCFC for the second time and defeated Leslie Rodriguez in a unanimous decision. Aspen won over Silvia B beghian and Maddy Simmons prior to facing Cynthia Calvillo. Cynthia beat Aspen as she beat her by unanimous vote. Cynthia's amateur records were damaged. Ladd rebounded from her loss by defeating Roma Pawelek in Tuff-N'-Uff, bringing her record up to 8-1. Aspen became a professional in the year 2015. Aspen signed with Invicta FC and made her debut. InvictaFC 11 was her debut professional fight. She was a rout of Ana Carolina Vidal, securing a 1st-round TKO. Invicta Fc 16 marked her first fight as a Bantamweight. She beat Amanda Cooper with an armbar in second round. Aspen employed her impressive grappling skills to defeat McGill and ended her via third-round TKO(elbows or punches). Aspen was then able to face Jessica Hoy for Invicta FC18 at a catchweight at 138.1lb. Ladd was not able make the weight, however Aspen was victorious and defeated Hoy with a TKO. Invicta FC, 21 was her last fight for promotion. Invicta FC 21, Eubanks won by unanimous vote. Aspen Ladd was the first UFC fighter to make her debut. She faced Linalansberg during UFC Fight Night 118. She defeated Lina by pounding and grounding her before prevailing by TKO during the second round. She continued to dominate and got a bigger win in her subsequent fight with Tonya Evinger, at UFC 229 Ladd took the win in the first round and was awarded the performance of the Night Prize. Invicta FC, a rematch of UFC Fight Night dos Anjos and Lee the fight was between Sijara-Eubanks to win her first major fight. The two fighters had one of the most competitive fights that Ladd was victorious by a majority decision. Both fighters were awarded their Fight of the Night Bonus. Ladd's first loss came in her next fight against Germaine de Randamie in Ladd's first UFC main event fight. Randamie put an end to Ladd's winning streak in just 16 seconds. Yana Knitskaya was defeated in UFC 7 ESPN 7's final round, was defeated by Randamie. She fought Norma Dumont as a substitute in her last fight with the UFC in UFC Fight Night 195. The fight was unanimously decided against her.
