Noureen and Thora

Noureen deWulf is a New Yorker born in February 1984. She always showed a great amount of enthusiasm for becoming a professional actress. She started building the foundations for her professional career while she attended Boston University's School of the Arts. Noureen then began to audition for roles in various films. Her auditions led to a key part in the movie West Bank Story. West Bank Story was screened in various festival screenings around the globe following its premier at the Sundance Film Festival 2005. Additionally, it was awarded an Oscar nomination for Best Live Action Short Film in the 79th Annual Academy Awards ceremony in 2007. The film was the first step of Noureen DeWulf's career. Noureen deWulf has appeared in many TV shows since then which include Girlfriends Numb3rs Chuck as well as Outsourced. She has also appeared in both minor and major roles in popular Hollywood movies such as Ocean's Thirteen The Comebacks Ghosts of Girlfriends Past and The Back-up Plan. She was a child actor in the 90s and starred in films like The Things I Want for Christmas (1991) Patriot Games (1992) Hocus Pocus (1993) Now and Then (1995) as well as Alaska (1996). Following receiving worldwide recognition and praise in 1999, for her role as American Beauty, she rose to stardom. After Ghost World, which was well-received in 2001 and won her the Golden Globe Award nomination, she appeared on American Beauty.
